The Zero-2-Three Program is an ongoing support program for small business and entrepreneurs in Northumberland County. Specifically, the program combines educational opportunities and local business expertise to help small business and entrepreneurs from the "start up" phase through their third year, hence the name "Zero-2-Three".
Included in the membership:
• Ongoing support from the Business Advisory Centre
• Educational Information Seminars
• Focus group discussions
• Group mentoring
• Networking
One Year Membership Fee - $30 (Chambers Northumberland and Cobourg DBIA Members - $25)
Individual Seminar Fee - $10
